Placing an order can be done two ways.

Available for most items..
First is to use the shopping cart button located under the desired item, you will then go through a secure PayPal page and be able to use a Credit Card or your existing PayPal account to make the purchase.

Available for all items..
Second would be to send a check or M.O. in the mail, include item name with a description and if applicable, e-mail address to send the tracking number to (example.. 1 smooth Fuba antenna; joesmo@yo.net), then you will receive a confirmation when your Money Order or Check has been processed.

Return Policy

All returns are to be made within 30 days of receiving your order. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee unless item is defective or damaged, these will be replaced or repaired at our discretion. Items made by special order are non refundable. All refunds are done through your PayPal account unless payment was made with check or M.O. (you will then receive a bank draft for the refund) If your purchase is damaged, defective or just a return you need to send an E-mail to LoCustom@verizon.net with "ATTN. RETURNS" in the subject line and a detailed description of the problem (you will receive a response within 24hrs.) All damaged and or defective items returned for refund will have a full refund minus shipping and handling costs or will be replaced with an equal item. Do not return items to us without first obtaining return authorization. Orders returned to the wrong address cannot be credited.
